Aerosol Air-Sealing
A significant component of a building’s energy demand can be attributed to air leakage through small cracks and gaps in junctions between walls, window and door frames, outlet boxes, etc. Aeroseal, invented by UC Davis’s very own Mark Modera (Director of the Western Cooling Efficiency Center) is used in Our H2Ouse to not just plug holes in HVAC ducting, but in the entire home itself.
